The Role

Overview

Provides admin support to service team, handling calls, scheduling, documentation.

Tasks

-Send email updates and documentation to clients, including solar troubleshooting guides and other service materials. -Create Service tickets for the Service team to review. -Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. -Make outbound calls to provide updates to clients on service schedules and status. -Collaborate with the service coordinator to ensure timely updates and document delivery. -Notify clients of upcoming appointments. -Gather documentation to forward to team members. -Maintain accurate records of all client communications. -Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document organization.

Requirements

What You Bring

-A high school diploma or equivalent GED and one year of related experience in an administrative role are required. -A valid driver's license and an insurable driving record are required. -Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is preferred.
