Overview

Plan and design airport facilities, airside, terminals, and related studies.

Tasks

-Demand and capacity analysis; -Prepare technical presentations, reports, review scopes of work for airport planning studies; -Assist with business development and proposal preparation; -Comprehend and apply ICAO/IATA/DGCA/AAI criteria to the design and communicate/collaborate with project team and clients; -Airfield and apron planning; -Develop and contribute to airport master planning, airport system planning, airfield planning, terminal planning, airspace planning, and environmental studies; -Support facility planning -Airfield simulation modelling; -Assist with business development and proposal preparation; and -Designing, analysing and planning of airside and terminal concepts; -Airport design and master planning; -Perform research, gather data and carry out assessment/analysis to support airport planning studies; -Preparation of Technical reports and presentations; -Support the aviation team in pursuits and business development activities

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s Degree in aviation management, Aeronautical Science or Planning -Software skill to accomplish specific planning tasks through Avi PLAN or equivalent software; -Proactive action or co-ordination with the wider (global) aviation team and other project team members. Able to communicate effectively within internal Jacobs Aviation Team; -Strong data analysis and presentational skills -Communication Skills-Oral, Written & Listening; -Master’s Degree in Airport Planning and Management / Aviation Management -Interpersonal Skills; -Problem Solving Skills; -Able to work on multiple projects or assignments concurrently; -Meticulous with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; and -OLS modelling; and -Professional certifications are a plus -Terminal interfacing like HOS, FLB & PBB analyses;
