Tasks

-Execute capacity analysis to identify bottlenecks and projects to improve OEE performance. -Lead continuous improvement (CI) training and conduct campaigns to foster knowledge on DBS, Lean Tools, OEE across the plant. -Ensure activities are in compliance with the QMS (ISO 9001 and IATF 16949) and quality policy, aligned with the strategic direction of the organization and business context. -Ensure Quality Management System (ISO 9001 and IATF 16949) requirements and resources are fully integrated and available within business processes. -If scheduling suppliers/contractors at the plant premises, ensure compliance with EHS requirements and oversee the execution, inspection, and monitoring of work. -Support engineering and Project Management (PM) on Layout Management by using Lean Tools to improve layouts (material, people, and information flow) to ensure alignment with space utilization and flow strategy across the plant. -Evaluate and assess Kaizen blitz (Ideas program) by promoting the program, supporting deployment campaigns, evaluation, and generating information to manage the system across the site. -Promote risk prevention/assessment and safety culture. -Lead deployment of lean tools at the site such as MIFAs, 5S’s, Kaizen, Set Up reduction, Cost Outs, Material Flow, standard work, TPM, etc. -Support Danfoss Business System initiatives. -Improve the 5S’s program by supporting operations on the preparation and execution of 5S events, and analyzing information from the performance of the internal audits program. -Analyze operational information to identify cost-out opportunities at the site.

What You Bring

-MS Office proficiency. -Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or similar. -Total Work System knowledge. -3+ years of experience in similar positions -Leadership skills. -Statistical methods and tools. -Effective Communication. -Strong knowledge of continuous improvement tools. -Time Management. -Bilingual Spanish-English.
