Tasks

-Maintaining key client relationships and act as an Account Leader as required -Recommend targeted career development and training opportunities for our people. -Deliver innovation and ensure technical excellence within projects. -Leveraging market knowledge and technical skills to establish and grow the team and Mott MacDonald service offerings. -Upskilling existing and new technical staff to deliver projects. -Establishing Mott MacDonald as a key partner to existing and new clients -Working with the Market Leader to recruit strategically to grow the capability and capacity of the Southern California team. -Developing relationships with Mott MacDonald’s national and global practices to successfully delivery local projects. -Supporting interfacing teams and markets in the pursuit and delivery of projects. -Collaborate with the Market and Market Leaders and other Discipline Leaders to ensure efficient resource allocation.

What You Bring

-Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience with the development and delivery of transportation projects, including a minimum of five (5) years of delivering transportation projects to public sector clients in Los Angeles. -Demonstrated interest in business development, and the development and maintenance of client relations. -PE license is preferred. -Strong written and oral communication and leadership skills is very important for this role. -Background in delivery of major rail infrastructure projects.
