- 10+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing teams, and overseeing large projects. This includes experience as a Project Manager, Project Executive, or in a similar high-responsibility position.
- 10+ years of experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategies to grow the company's client base, and increasing revenue
- 10+ years of experience with financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Bachelor’s Degree - construction management, engineering, business administration, or a related field or 8 years equivalent experience plus a minimum of 15 years prior relevant experience.
- 15+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of the construction process, project management, and industry regulations.
