Tasks

-Actively participate in improvement projects -Setting grinding and cutting edges -Operating concrete mixing, stacking and splitting machines -Ensure process efficiencies are achieved and maintained -Manual Handling tasks are performed as part of this role -Ensure product quality is in accordance with relevant specification and that process checks are performed as required -Setting up and installing molds and other machine fixtures -Complying with all WHS safety practices and procedures -Ensure production is in line with the specified production schedule -Carry out work in a safe manner, in accordance with Safety procedures as applicable

What You Bring

-Strong mechanical aptitude -Forklift License is preferred but not essential -Be flexible and adaptable with a willingness to embrace shift work -Previous experience in a quality assurance environment -Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills -Demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of safety in the workplace -Ability to use computers for the entry and retrieval of process data and machine operation -All successful candidates will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screening.
