Tasks

-Prepare progress reports and dashboards -Monitor compliance with building codes and safety regulations -Support contract administration and procurement processes -Support project meetings and client communications -Process invoices and payment requests -Coordinate with engineering consultants and technical teams -Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers -Track project expenses and maintain budget controls -Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents -Support design reviews and change order processes -Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports -Assist in quality control inspections and testing -Maintain project files and documentation systems -Monitor project progress and track key milestones -Assist in developing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans

What You Bring

-Knowledge of project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.) -Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software -Understanding of civil engineering principles and construction methods -Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field -Understanding of construction contracts and specifications -Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA) and building codes -Excellent communication and organizational skills -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities -2-4 years of experience in construction or engineering projects
