Senior Specialist - Global Mobility

Tasks

-Conduct detailed walkthrough of terms and conditions for international assignees and with the leadership in line with the need of the move. Share and explain assignment related policies and processes -Manage the regular monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual reporting for global mobility function to key stakeholders. -Ensure any exceptions, challenges or delays are escalated to the appropriate persons via the designated process -Maintain records in HR systems, vendor systems and other internal WSP systems​ -Work on ad hoc tasks and project as part of continuously improvements on global mobility services, employee experience and compliance with tax, immigration and pay. -Monitor and manage the various compliance risks relating to the international movement of employees, including tracking visa expiry dates, social security certificates coverage, completion of tax returns and attending tax briefings, signing of any relevant letters, ensuring approvals are tracked, data consents received, etc. -Keep close and frequent contact with the employee ensuring next steps and actions are understood and challenges are addressed​ -Initiate timely and accurate services from 3rd party vendors within immigration, tax and relocation and daily liaison to ensure compliance and provide great employee experience -Create assignment calculations and offers, cost calculation overview, assignment contracts for all international move types -Responsible for cross border moves across geographies and different employment types

-Ability to handle multiple cases across sectors and countries, demonstrating the ability to understand and identify what is urgent and prioritize accordingly. -Ability to analysze the data and share key trends and findings with management. -Adapt to a broad range of policies and principles for different cases and circumstances -Proven ability to learn quickly to ensure success - demonstrating a methodical solution orientated approach when faced with new circumstances. -Engaging and building strong business relationships with many stakeholders, polite, crisp, and service minded with a pragmatic approach coupled with the ability to say no when needed. -8+ years of Mobility Case Management experience -A relevant Masters degree or equivalent qualification; -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization -Employment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification (“BGV”) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India. -Global capability centres / in-house international mobility experience is a clear advantage. -Passionate to help the employees, delivering a seamless employee experience; ability to quickly close any challenges, while at the same time ensuring transparency to employee, HR and manager; someone who pays attention to details but keeps the big picture in mind as well. -Billing and Invoicing management: familiarity with reviewing, approving and managing the end to end invoice cycle from global providers including raising POs, cost allocation, and approving payments.
