Tasks

-Assist in the development and automation of structured and unstructured data pipelines and workflows using tools such as Python, SQL, Excel, BI, NLP libraries, or ML frameworks, and API integration. -Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions with data-driven insights. -Manage project execution -Document data sources, methodologies, and findings to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing across teams. -Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. -Support R&D teams by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing experimental and operational data to drive innovation and product development. -Apply engineering and scientific principles to projects and designs -Apply statistical methods and predictive modeling to support experimental design, product development, and commercialization processes. -Analyze problems/issues and recommend potential solutions -Collaborate with scientists, engineers and product managers to identify data needs and design data workflows that ensure accuracy, integrity, and usability of laboratory data. -Develop and apply AI and machine learning models to identify/interpret trends, predict outcomes, and relationships in complex data sets.

-Educational background includes individuals earning their B.S. or M.S. with at least a 3.00 GPA in any of the following programs, rising Juniors and Seniors preferred: -Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple tasks -Communicate effectively -Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Computational Sciences -Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Materials Science with strong data/AI coursework -Use sound judgment -Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics
