Our client, a leading Shell Contractor based in Miami, FL, is looking to add a talented professional to their growing team. If you’re an experienced Estimator ready to take on exciting large-scale structural projects in Miami, we’d love to hear from you. -Strong working knowledge of Tekla Structures (required). -Experience with high-rise and mid-rise mixed-use, hospitality, multifamily, or condo projects. -Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. -Proven experience working as an Estimator within the shell, structural concrete, or structural contracting sectors. -Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications.
