-Generate regular reports and analysis to support decision-making processes for the Real Estate business -Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the MIS and CRM systems -Develop and maintain the backend MIS and CRM systems to ensure efficient data management and reporting processes -Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in MIS and CRM to drive continuous improvement -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions to enhance the MIS and CRM functionalities -Provide user support and training for the MIS and CRM systems
