Tasks
-Visualize, fulfill, and implement the company vision and core values. -Advise management of any customer situations beyond scope of authority. -Observe and obey all traffic laws in the operation of assigned company vehicle. -Maintain a clean and safe working environment, identifying and addressing potential safety concerns. -Provide exceptional customer service and team support. -Deliver orders/building materials to each customer according the specifications on the delivery ticket. -Maintain insurable driving record. -Adhere to company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook, etc. -Operate equipment according to specification and in alignment with designated safety standards. -Record the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) log at the end of each shift. -Assume responsibility for the proper operation and maintenance of company vehicle. -Safely drive and operate lumber delivery truck. -Record all information on each delivery ticket and turn in a signed delivery ticket. -Perform daily pre and post safety checklists on mixer truck prior to and following hauling concrete.

What You Bring
-Ability to achieve performance objectives in a time-sensitive and quality-centered environment. -Effective written and verbal communication/comprehension skills. -Strong process/procedure orientation. -Maintain a commercial driver's license (CDL) and department of transportation (DOT) medical card. -Repetitive motion associated with operating a forklift and other equipment. -Clean driving record. -Strong team and customer service skills. -Frequent bending, standing, lifting, and ongoing physical activity. -Demonstrates initiative and reliability with minimal supervision. -Physical Work Requirements - Heavy: exerting up to 50 -70 lbs of force regularly. -Track record of safety-conscious performance. -High school diploma or general education degree (GED). -Knowledge of DOT compliance regulations.
