Tasks

-Stock and maintain your company vehicle -Fabricate/install ductwork and transitions -Represent Genz Ryan with professionalism on every job -Walk customers through new system operations -Maintain a clean and safe work environment -Install heating, cooling, and accessories per manufacturer specs -TAKE YOUR VAN HOME EVERY NIGHT -Handle flue piping, gas lines, and refrigerant vacuums

Requirements

What You Bring

-Valid driver's license & clean driving record -Must be 18+ and willing to work within 60 miles of Burnsville, MN -Able to pass a background check and physical work simulation -6+ months of HVAC install experience (residential preferred) -Great communication and basic tech skills
