-Provide ongoing assistance and support to the Chief Engineer in all aspects of site operation and maintenance. -Coordinate and complete system and building repairs and preventative maintenance requirements in a timely manner.

What You Bring

-Working knowledge of work order and preventative maintenance software systems. -CFC certification in high pressure discipline. -Knowledge of building systems and equipment. -Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. -Minimum of 3 years of experience in building/property maintenance. -Experience with light plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall and light carpentry/construction projects -A valid driver’s license. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel).
