Structural Engineer Intern

Overview

Assist senior engineers with structural design, analysis, field inspections, and documentation.

Tasks

-Accompany engineers on site visits to observe construction progress and verify field conditions. -Assist with structural design calculations, drawings, and specifications under the guidance of senior engineers. -Support structural modeling and analysis tasks. -Provide support in reviewing construction and shop drawings for compliance with design intent. -Assist with the preparation of project reports, cost estimates, and proposals. -Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across various engineering disciplines. -Participate in inspection activities, including field data collection, reporting, and documentation.

Requirements

• entry level
• 3.0 gpa
• driver license
• abet engineering

-This is an entry level position where no previous experience is required. -3.0 GPA or higher -Valid Driver’s License -Currently enrolled in an ABET-Accredited College Engineering Program
