The Role
Overview
Lead sales, client relations, and inventory for barrier systems in Queensland.

Tasks
You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, managing inventory and building strong relationships with our customers. -Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations. -Work With Internal Sales team for quoting customers -Generate leads and drive new business, keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and market conditions -Hold accountability for inventory - stock counts, stock transfers, buy back stock ensuring they are in good condition and if needed, organising repairs -Act as a key point of contact for major projects, tenders, and supplier agreements. -Resolve issues promptly, working with internal teams to ensure high service levels. -Build strong trusted relationships with top customers, contractors, and project partners and other customer groups relevant to the product offering. -Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across key industry sectors (Construction Tier 1& Rental Businesses). -Track and analyse sales metrics, ensuring visibility on progress to targets. -Train up internal staff on Workzone Products to ensure pick/pack efficiency -Work with & assist Logistics Coordinator for Deliveries -Conduct quarterly reviews with top-tier customers to ensure alignment and satisfaction. -Develop and execute a region sales plan aligned to regional and state growth goals.
