-Maintain client relationships and support business development -Produce and maintain monthly CVRs (Cost Value Reconciliations) -Collaborate with operations to assess work requirements and costings -Liaise with the Commercial Director on future opportunities -Ensure accurate financial documentation across all projects -Prepare monthly valuations and applications in line with client schedules -Oversee invoicing and resolve account queries with credit control and operations -Maintain and update payment trackers -Track labour and material costs against project value
