Overview
Perform planned & reactive maintenance on district heating plant equipment

Tasks
-Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance on equipment including pumps, pressurisation units, and heat exchangers. -Attend reactive callouts to restore heating and resolve plant failures (pumps, degassers, boilers, etc.). -Service and repair commercial plant equipment while identifying root causes of failures. -Conduct pipework repairs, including crimping, soldering, and plastic welding when necessary.

What You Bring
-Strong communication skills. -Experience in Mechanical and Electrical maintenance within a relevant industry, such as District Heating. -NVQ Level 2-3 or equivalent qualification. -Excellent problem-solving ability and a proactive, self-motivated approach. -Experience liaising with third parties, including contractors and clients. -Willingness to travel within the South East and respond to occasional callouts.
