Tasks

-Managing contracts and maintaining accurate pricing information -Managing and reconciling customer rebates, keeping reports and documentation up to date -Providing analytical and administrative support to help achieve our business goals -Preparing and analysing data to spot commercial performance trends -Acting as a key point of contact between commercial teams and other departments -Supporting colleagues with self-service reporting, including training and guidance -Assisting with audit preparation and documentation -Maintaining account mapping and ensuring sales portfolios are aligned -Helping to deliver commercial projects on time by supporting planning, execution, and reporting

What You Bring

-Excellent communication and organisational skills -Strong attention to detail and accuracy -The ability to adapt, multitask, and stay calm under pressure -Relevant experience in a similar role -Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confidence using the Microsoft Office suite -A logical, analytical, and methodical approach to your work -Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, or SQL (desirable but not essential)
