Tasks

-Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, standards, and company policies. -Attend and represent RoyalAire in project specific meetings. (Safety, CM, Coordination, etc.) -Supervise and lead field plumbing personnel on job sites. -Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. -Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues efficiently. -Supervising crew sizes up to 15+. -Train and mentor plumbing staff and apprentices. -Conduct daily job site inspections and safety meetings. -Oversee coordination and installation of piping systems, fixtures, backflow prevention, and other plumbing components. -Track labor hours, materials used, and progress reporting. -Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing codes. -Coordinate workflow, materials, and equipment with project managers and other trades.
