Tasks

-Investigating the root cause of quality problems and proposing solutions to prevent recurrence. -Conducting supplier audits to ensure the quality and competence of the subcontracted labour and materials we receive. -Ensuring compliance with company quality management systems, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Maintaining and calibrating testing equipment to ensure accuracy. -Recording inspection results, analysing data to identify trends or patterns, and creating reports on quality metrics. -Collaborating with external vendors and suppliers to ensure that they meet quality standards -Setting up an inspection regime for the operational teams that is easy to follow and ensure good quality control -Documenting non-conforming products, initiating corrective actions, and communicating issues to relevant personnel. -Providing training to staff on quality processes and maintaining detailed inspection records.
