Tasks

I’m partnering with one of Northern California’s most respected heavy civil general contractors to help them find a General Superintendent with extensive experience in earthwork and paving. This role is responsible for on-site leadership, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. -Monitor project progress, quality, and productivity, and report to project management -Manage subcontractors, crews, and equipment to ensure efficient project execution -Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all regulations -Oversee day-to-day field operations on heavy civil projects, including earthwork and paving -Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve field challenges
