Carry out one-to-one appraisals with your direct reports.

In this key role, you will oversee the delivery of day-to-day repairs, home servicing, and other building-related projects, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and to a high standard. You will play a vital part in ensuring our repairs service remains competitive, customer-focused, and aligned with Thrive’s commitment to delivering quality homes and excellent customer experiences.

Due to the nature of the role you will provide out-of-hours support to Thrive Homes on a rotational basis, ensuring continuity of service and timely response to urgent issues.

Set and manage objectives for the team and regularly review in line with business and strategic plans.

Using reporting tools, managing functional budgets, and monitoring relevant KPIs putting solutions in place when they are falling below the target.

Deliver a high-quality service to Thrive Homes buildings and other client properties in accordance with Company plans and legislation.

Carry out regular site visits & health and safety checks for your team.

Encourage team creativity and innovation and create an environment for this to develop.

Work in accordance with our policies & procedures relating to the delivery of building/building services maintenance works, ensuring they are in line with legal requirements & good practice.

Trades specific background (Essential)

Holding a formal Qualification NVQ (or equivalent) or demonstrable experience.

Good IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Due to the nature of the role, you will hold a Full driving licence for use in the UK.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Essential)

Benefits

Permanent, Full Time (Plus out of hours supervisor cover on a rotational basis)

Salary £49,476.12 Per Annum Plus Benefits

40 hours per week (Monday – Friday, Flexibility Negotiable)
