Overview
Deliver building materials safely using a CDL, load/unload, and provide customer service.

Tasks
-Deliver materials to assigned area as directed by the customer while prioritizing personal safety and the safety of those around you. -Safely load building materials onto flatbed or boom truck and unload products at commercial and residential job sites. -Inspect truck/trailer for defects for safe operation. -Will constantly position self to unload materials from flatbed or boom. -Will constantly operate commercial motor vehicle and/or boom vehicle. -Must report all accidents involving driver or company equipment. -Maintain records required for compliance with State and Federal regulations. -Establish and maintain effective working relationships at every level of the organization; invest in building relationships with the Field Operations and Field Support Center team members. -Frequently moves materials weighing up to 80 lbs. while unloading flatbed. -Help champion an inclusive working environment; empower others to bring their full selves to the workplace; celebrate, welcome, and value the different backgrounds and experiences that make up our workforce; recognize that all team members are valued, regardless of race, background, tenure, or title. -Will constantly move from unloading materials from commercial motor vehicle onto job site.

What You Bring
-Pass DOT physical. -Must be able to manage stress depending on customer’s deadline. -Must be able to quickly communicate solutions if problems occur. -Must be able to demonstrate a high degree of sound judgement. -Excellent customer service skills and professional attitude. -Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing to coworkers and customers. -Must have a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL). -Stamina to lift heavy building materials up to 100+ lbs. for load/unload. -State of Oregon: Has 12 months experience operating ABL -Must have a clear three (3) year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR). -Demonstrated ability to work independently and on a team; ability to lead, execute and/or delegate as needed, while also collaborating with others to get the job done. -Must possess a valid commercial driver's license. -Must be able to judge distance while delivering materials and/or operating boom. -High School diploma or GED. -Must be able to prioritize job sites and deadlines. -Must be able to multitask. -Must be able to receive information and directions. -Must be able to remain in a stationary position while driving a commercial vehicle 40% of the time. -State of Washington: Holds a NCCCO certification on ABL -Minimum Class B License, Class A strongly preferred -Pass pre-employment drug screen. -Must be able to lift heavy building materials up to 80 lbs. for loading/unloading. -Must have overall knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations. -Ability to self-manage, show initiative, be proactive, and drive results. -Must be able to communicate with management and coworkers and be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
