HR Advisor delivering HR advice, TUPE, change management and project support.

Tasks

-Supporting managers and stakeholders by providing first line support for all Business Partnering matters. -Work closely with HR Business Partnering team to support change management programmes including the development of consultation documents and supporting individual consultation meetings. -Analyse, interpret and validate data to identify trends to inform decision making to support the business and report collation. -Assisting in the development, implementation, and review of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment law -Provide HR support and guidance during TUPE transfers and business change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and eventually, lead and manage small scale TUPE transfers and business change initiatives. -Support HR projects and initiatives such as wellbeing, EDIB and engagement.

What You Bring

-Either currently working towards a CIPD Qualification, or a willingness to undertake this qualification. -Ability to form and maintain effective working relationships with all areas of the business. -Desirable to have previous experience working in a role within HR. -Excellent communication skills, with the ability to have discussions at all levels. -An understanding of HR functions and systems.
