Overview

Lead incoming QA inspections, manage releases, NCRs, calibrations, supplier performance, train staff.

Tasks

-Manage Inspect activities to ensure all parts that must meet quality standards (visible in SAP R3) for the defined -Create & maintain Quality plans for different components, Plan the resources needed for inspection activities -Release or block the release of test batches, Create and edit Q messages (NCR) if any deviations / rejections. -Manage calibrations activity for all the measuring instruments -&Train the incoming inspectors to read and interpret drawings and test instructions. -Constant exchange of information with QM (SQE) employee , Monthly monitor supplier performance & release

What You Bring

-SAP proficiency -MS Office proficiency -Knowledge of QMS, ISO 9001, ISO 22163 & relevant Q standards. -technical and business language - (English , Hindi) -Quality methods and statistical methods -Initiative in terms of continuous improvement and SPS. -Ability to work in a team and to cooperate -5+ years of work experience (test methodology in relation to the product, experience in the area of quality, testing and measurement equipment) -Technical knowledge, methods, technologies -Knowledge about quality assurance
