Tasks

-Meet with designers/owners as required to facilitate review of models as needed. -Compile contract BIM close out documentation. -Create BIM execution plan ,following project’s specifications, and work flow from LOD 250 till LOD 500 and handing over to FM. -Schedule and facilitate coordination meetings along with Technical and construction team, where ever required. -Facilitate subcontractor communication in and out of meetings. -Review of Virtual Construction reporting . -Review and analyze clash detection on federated model, Manage Communication of conflicts in model; both real and potential. -Coordinate with BIM service providers and Subcontractors. -Manage all required procedures to Incorporate data into coordination process. -Assist project team with construction coordination and scheduling. -Maintain and analyze federated model mainly for coordination purposes. -Coordinate all BIM reporting process for the project weekly & monthly with updated Temporary ,Logistics & Permanent in reporting 4D& 5D. -Receive and manage multiple subcontractor models. -Participate in job layout driven by 3D model data.

Requirements

• 10+ years
• bachelor's
• electrical engineering
• mechanical engineering
