Project Support Coordinator

Overview

Support project managers with budgeting, finances, reporting, and admin tasks.

Tasks

-Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls. -Assist with organizing and editing project manuals for bidding and contracting. -Create accurate and timely project financial reports and analyze project financial performance. -Assist with the development of and review project proposals and cost estimates. -Assist in drafting agreements utilizing company and AIA standard agreements. -Support project managers in setting budgets and financial goals. -Track project expenses and ensure contracts meet financial requirements. -Provide administrative support, including scheduling, processing, registrations, and authorizations. -Support the creation and maintenance of project schedules and resource plans. -Prepare accurate client invoices and ensure compliance with client billing requirements.

What You Bring

-Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. -Knowledge of project management principles is a plus. -Familiarity with business management software platforms. -Two plus (2+) years of experience in project management, administration, finance, or related roles. -Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook. -Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
