Tasks

-Continuous Improvement & Technology – Coordinate cross-functional improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma, enhance delivery and forecast accuracy, and implement best practices in planning systems and ERP integration. -Inventory & Fulfillment Management – Oversee end-to-end inventory control (raw materials, WIP, finished goods), implement optimization initiatives, and manage short-term execution (S&OE) to support profitable order fulfillment. -Operations Planning & Scheduling – The site’s supply planning process is ensured, aligning capacity with S&OP objectives and providing feedback on the site’s ability to meet demand plans. -Leadership & Team Development – Manage and develop the local planning team, ensuring effective organizational capability, performance, and engagement in line with business and HR objectives.
