-Ensure electrical systems meet company standard job specifications, the National Electrical Code, and other relevant local codes -Coordinate and communicate with electrical inspectors on during the BEC inspections -Supervise, lead, manage, and train a crew of three or more electrical installers and apprentices while providing clear directions and procedures -Troubleshoot electrical issues independently -Maintain a Labor Utilization Rate of >95% -Understand and teach all company policies, including company safety policy to crew -Provide regular reports of team activities to management team -Lead electrical shutdown work during off hours if needed -Mark layouts neutrally for electrical equipment, plan and execute complex conduit runs, and lead wire pulls effectively. -Train new employees on safety hazards -Utilize Procore for managing daily photos, RFIs, punch lists, drawings, and inspections, while providing regular job status updates and completing necessary paperwork -Drive company vehicles and trucks when needed -Operate various tools such a threader, core drill, conduit bender -Maintain proper organization of company-provided tools and materials, ensuring that essential supplies remain in stock -Lead job safety, prepare Job Hazard Analysis, ensure proper PPE is maintained at all times -Install electrical service equipment, wiring, and devices required for commercial solar PV and ESS systems -Turn in receipts on time with proper notes -Maintain a valid 62-hour SST Card pursuant to Local Law 196 -Perform quality inspections on electrical equipment -Lead the electrical installation project from start to finish while staying on schedule and maintaining labor budget and miscellaneous materials within 5% of estimated cost -Actively bring new ideas about improving corporate quality, efficiency, and safety, to the persons best-positioned to implement them -Maintain a clean driving record, if assigned driving duties -Assist in solar crew support including staging materials, general site work support, as well as site preparation and clean up
