Tasks

Maintain cleanliness and safety across offices, common areas, stairwells, exteriors, basements, grounds, and models. Document and bill residents for any damages caused by neglect or misuse, including collecting photos and proof as needed. Comply with all codes, legal, OSHA, and safety regulations. Complete work orders promptly, professionally, and courteously, ensuring thorough cleanup after each task. Participate in company training and keep all insurances and licenses current. Conduct daily property walkthroughs to ensure all areas are functional, safe, and well-maintained, supporting maximum curb appeal. Act as an ambassador of the CLS Living culture, bringing energy, pride, and leadership to the community. Maintain an organized and safe maintenance shop and storage areas. The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in maintaining the community’s physical condition both inside and out, while promoting resident satisfaction through first-class customer service to prospects and residents. Timely and professional handling of all requests is essential. Maintain professionalism in workmanship, communication, personal appearance, organization, and reporting. Collaborate with leasing office to coordinate service requests and optimize resident satisfaction. Deliver outstanding customer service and build positive relationships with visitors, prospects, residents, neighbors, community members, schools, and city departments.
