Tasks

-Make an Impact: Drive improvements, introduce new technology, and influence company strategy. -Meaningful Projects: Contribute to landmark mechanical and MEP projects across Virginia. -Prepare and manage accurate, competitive mechanical estimates and bids. -Lead parts of the estimating function and support larger pursuits. -Improve processes and help implement new estimating software. -Mentor and develop junior estimators. -Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to support project wins and profitability.

What You Bring

-Proven experience in mechanical estimating (HVAC, plumbing, ductwork, insulation, or controls). -Strong understanding of preconstruction and commercial decision-making. -Proficiency in estimating software and advanced Excel skills. -Degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or related field (preferred but not required).
