Tasks
-Oversee and coordinate all construction services and activities on assigned projects -Interface regularly with clients, inspectors, and building officials to ensure smooth communication and compliance -Maintain detailed daily logs and weekly production reports to track progress -Ensure project schedules are met, and milestones are achieved -Proactively manage project budgets, striving to complete projects under budget when possible -Collaborate with Project Management and Estimating teams to develop effective construction approaches -Implement cost-effective strategies and techniques in the field, leveraging experience and knowledge of the industry -Manage all field operations for assigned projects, ensuring quality and safety standards are met -Lead and manage construction crews, ensuring efficiency and safety on-site -Manage subcontractors to ensure high-quality work and adherence to project timelines -Foster a culture of safety and commitment to PSC's core values -Maintain a strict project schedule, making necessary adjustments based on field conditions to meet deadlines

What You Bring
-Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to take full ownership of projects -Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients -Comprehensive knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, and trade practices -Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in commercial construction industry -Experience using smartphones and tablets in conjunction with field management software -Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and construction project management software -Innovative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment -Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Construction/Science, or similar field (preferred) -Estimating experience is preferred
