Manage contract documents and commercial oversight for CAF rail project

Tasks
-Document control responsibilities / Management of TeamBinder (via contract representatives account) -Ensure timely processing and return of documentation. -Collaborate in the preparation and assessment of the project departures and modifications working with and supporting the Senior Manager and Project Contract Manager. -Manage and update the many contractual Management Plans i.e. Annual Performance Report, Risk etc -Coordination of the Monthly Progress Claim, including management of clarifications from Financial Controllers -Supporting the PM team in relation to Commercial documentation preparation (provision of requested information / documentation) -Prioritize capabilities externally and internally. -Preparation of the Monthly Works Report (working with department leads for inputs and final preparation / review and submission) -Checking, validating and verifying all documentation, including correct numbering, revisions, status, format, title and legibility. Providing final overview of documentation issued via Teambinder for its legal and contractual obligations -Maintenance of electronic files and document registers.

What You Bring
-Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude. -A strong focus on quality and procedural accuracy. -Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically). -Proven work experience in contract management in a large engineering projects. -Knowledge of local legislation. -Superior written, personal and interpersonal communication skills. -Knowledge of engineering procedures and contracts, legal matters and terminology. -Successful applicants will be required to obtain an RIW Card, which includes completing relevant training and undertaking a medical assessment prior to commencement. -Tertiary / Degree qualified. Legal or Engineering contracts desired. -High Standards and working experience on a multinational leading company. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Able to work under pressure and tight schedule milestones.
