Tasks

-Ensure Electrical Safety and Code Compliance Enforce OSHA and NEC standards on site; conduct safety meetings and verify all work adheres to applicable codes and company policies. -Lead Electrical Crews Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians and apprentices to ensure efficient, code-compliant installation of electrical systems. -Manage Job Site Resources Coordinate with procurement and warehouse for timely delivery of electrical materials, tools, and equipment needed for each phase of the job. -Track and Communicate Progress Maintain daily job logs, track crew hours and material usage, and provide progress reports to Project Manager or Superintendent. -Plan and Execute Daily Work Interpret blueprints and electrical drawings to assign tasks, lay out conduit runs, panel installations, terminations, and related work. -Problem Solving and Issue Resolution Identify field issues and develop timely, effective solutions to avoid project delays or rework. -Perform Quality Control Checks Inspect installations regularly to ensure workmanship meets internal and external quality standards; complete punch lists as needed.

What You Bring

-Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. -Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and electrical specifications. -Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. -Prolonged periods of walking, standing, climbing ladders, and bending. -4+ years of field experience in electrical construction; 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred. -In-depth understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC). -Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. -Valid state Journeyman or Master Electrician license (as required by location). -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights or in confined spaces. -High school diploma or equivalent required. -Comfortable with using technology (tablets, apps, project tracking tools).
