Tasks

̵ Conduct targeted cold-calling campaigns and send personalized introduction emails from company or approved personal databases. ̵ Manage promotional material inventory and arrange distribution when needed. ̵ Collect client feedback, appreciation notes, and completion certificates. ̵ Run targeted outreach: personal introduction emails and focused calls. ̵ Maintain ongoing client contact cadence and record interactions in CRM. ̵ Schedule and deliver product or service presentations (Zoom or in person). ̵ Act as the bridge between clients and support/technical teams for issue resolution. ̵ Log every client interaction and keep contact details current. ̵ Maintain outreach logs and update lead status in CRM. ̵ Prepare weekly pipeline summaries and reports for sales meetings. ̵ Plan trade shows, meetings, and demos; prepare materials and follow up afterwards. ̵ Collect customer feedback, appreciation notes, and completion certificates; escalate issues when needed. Your job is to make onboarding smooth, keep records accurate, follow up until deals close, and coordinate between sales, marketing, and support. Lead Entry, Management, Conversion and Sales Support ̵ ̵ Spot upsell chances and coordinate proposals with the sales team. ̵ Plan and coordinate trade shows, meetings, and client demos; prepare materials and post-event follow-ups. ̵ Maintain standard templates for onboarding, follow-ups, quotations, and feedback collection. ̵ Onboard new customers: send welcome notes, share documents, and do a first-check call. ̵ Maintain a short FAQ and an objections-handling sheet for common client concerns. ̵ Enter new leads, set priority, and update their status in the CRM. ̵ Compile weekly and monthly reports: pipeline, conversions, open quotations, promotional inventory, and social metrics. ̵ Conduct onboarding for each new customer (welcome email, documentation, first-check call). ̵ Act as the client’s point of contact for support and technical teams until issues are resolved. ̵ Keep standard templates for onboarding, follow-ups, quotations, and feedback. ̵ Follow up on quotations, payments, and renewals until closed.

What You Bring

̵ Attention to detail: High accuracy in data entry, documentation and reporting. This role requires a mix of creativity, communication, and organizational skills to manage campaigns, content, events, and client outreach. ̵ Communication: Strong written and verbal skills; confident with client presentations. ̵ Organizational skills: Proven ability to manage multiple clients, follow-ups, and events. We are looking for dynamic candidate to handle client relationships and support the sales team to turn leads into customers. ̵ Technical skills: Proficient with CRM , Microsoft Office Software - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Meetings Software like Google Meet, MS teams, Zoom etc. ̵ Experience: 2-3 years in sales coordination, client relations, or marketing operations.
