Tasks

-Advise and coach HR and business leaders on development topics, supporting the evolution of HR processes and tools to enhance efficiency and user experience. -Design and deliver leadership, talent, and learning solutions that are consistent, relevant, and measurable, while integrating learning, talent, and performance processes for a seamless employee experience. -Collaborate with HRBPs and business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, identify capability gaps, and translate them into relevant learning and development initiatives. -Measure and evaluate program effectiveness, using data and insights to continuously improve solutions and ensure return on learning investment. -Make a tangible impact: Design and deliver learning and talent solutions that directly enable business growth and innovation. -Shape the future of robotics: Contribute to a once-in-a-lifetime transformation as Robotics NewCo emerges under SoftBank. -Collaborate globally: Work in partnership with a network of HR and business leaders across regions. -Implement the talent and people development strategy in line with group guidance, policies, and procedures, partnering with global and regional teams to ensure alignment and local adaptability.

What You Bring

-Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. -5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development roles, ideally in global technology or engineering-driven industries. -Agile, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented, with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills. -Freedom to innovate: Introduce modern, digital, and evidence-based learning practices within a high-tech environment. -Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or Business Administration (advanced certifications such as CIPD or ATD are an advantage). -Strong expertise in leadership development, capability building, and talent frameworks. -Proven experience collaborating with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to design and deliver development initiatives aligned to business strategy. -Skilled in using digital learning tools, platforms, and analytics to enhance learning experiences and measure impact. -Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable learning solutions with measurable outcomes.
