The Role

Overview

Assist in leading and managing large‑scale construction projects, overseeing teams, schedules, and quality.

Tasks

-Resource Management: Monitor compliance with safety programs and document corrective measures. Ensure materials, equipment, and inspections support project schedules. -Team Leadership: Coordinate work with different crafts, departments, or contractors. Resolve construction problems and maintain communication with unions. -Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards and compliance regulations. -Performance Monitoring: Track project progress through metrics and reporting, adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing requirements or challenges. -Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, clients, and vendors, to ensure alignment and address any concerns. -Project Planning and Strategy: Plan and supervise construction activities, including determining methods, manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules. Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and schedules.

What You Bring

-A valid driver’s license in the US and a valid passport required; willingness and ability to travel; travel is estimated at 70+%. -Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, and cost control. -Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks. -A high school diploma or equivalent, and five (5) + years supervisory experience in similar facility construction technology, commercial or industrial projects. -Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapt to changing project requirements. -Successful background in maintaining high safety standards and delivering quality outcomes. -Experience supervising, motivating and mentoring cross-functional teams. -Must have experience working on Commercial or Industrial projects with budgets of at least $15M. -Successful background maintaining high safety standards and delivering quality outcomes.
