Tasks

-Use measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) and technology (e.g., Microsoft Office) to support production operations. -Execute daily production plans by organizing workflow, prioritizing safety and quality, and ensuring deadlines are met. -Monitor product quality and address issues to maintain high standards. -Proactively resolve employee concerns and promote a positive, solutions-focused environment. -Provide daily leadership, coaching, and mentorship to production team members with a focus on individual growth and team cohesion. -Communicate job expectations clearly and hold team members accountable through regular, constructive feedback and performance reviews. -Lead with a servant mindset by creating an inclusive environment where team members feel valued, heard, and supported. -Identify and address training needs to build a more skilled and confident team. -Collaborate with peers and leadership to drive continuous improvement initiatives. -Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
