We are seeking a seasoned General Superintendent to oversee multiple large scale reconstruction projects across the Southeast. This leadership role is critical to ensuring our projects are executed safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with deep experience in exterior restoration, team leadership, and multi-site project management. *Travelling Position* - Candidates can be based in FL, GA, TX, NC, or SC. Are you an experienced Reconstruction / Exterior Restoration professional looking for progress your career within a leading firm across the Southeast? -OSHA 30 certification preferred. -Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. -Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, ideally with experience with exterior / reconstruction projects such as concrete restoration, facade repairs, waterproofing, etc. -Strong knowledge of façade restoration, waterproofing, masonry, and scaffolding systems. -Ability to travel extensively across the Southeast region. -Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-site projects.
