Manage customer relations, orders, quotations, and inventory for HVAC branch.

Tasks
-Process orders and quotations using different methods and support inside and outside sales team with quotation requests; -Build sustainable customer relationships and trust with customers account through open communication; -Follow company guidelines, policies and procedures; -Source parts and/or equipment in collaboration with buying groups and suppliers; -Provide an outstanding customer service in a wholesale distribution environment; -Conduct physical inventory and maintain inventory accuracy and cleanliness; -Address customer's concerns and offer the best solution to solve the problem in a timely manner; -Manage all incoming phone calls and text messages in a professional manner; -Understand clients’ needs and suggest appropriate products or services to achieve satisfaction;

What You Bring
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills; -Post-secondary education (an asset); -Problem solving abilities; -Good sales abilities and persuasiveness; -Ability to respond to emergency after hours call in an on-call rotation; -Strong work ethic and positive team attitude; -Ability to operate a forklift, training will be provided as needed; -Ability to work under pressure unsupervised; -Professional phone manner and customer service skills; -Completion of professional degree in refrigeration, heating, ventilation (an asset); -Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); -Previous experience in HVAC-R industry, retail sales or technical related field (an asset); -Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
