Tasks
-Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements and content. -Efficiently collect training data and ensure the accuracy of numbers recorded in training reports and files for effective data management and reporting. -Provide coaching and mentorship to employees as part of their professional development initiatives. -Manage the administration and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure it aligns with the organization's requirements and effectively supports learning and development initiatives. -Provide regular feedback to participants and management regarding the outcomes and impact of training programs. -Regularly assess, evaluate, monitor, and track the effectiveness and success of training programs. -This will help in creating and delivering Learning courses and tracking the progress of our teams. -Communication and Relationship Building – Effectively interact with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and learners to build strong relationships necessary for successful collaboration. -Lead and facilitate interactive in-person -Data Analysis and Evaluation – Collect and analyze training data, measure the effectiveness of learning programs, evaluate learner performance, and data-driven decisions to enhance training outcomes.

-Training and Facilitation Skills – Proficient in designing and delivering engaging training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities, and the ability to adapt training methods to meet different learning styles and needs. -Instructional Design – -Essential for developing and maintaining positive rapport with team members and stakeholders, fostering a successful learning environment. -Proficiency in tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is vital for managing data, creating presentations, and facilitating training modules. -Organizational and Analytical Skills – Manage multiple training programs, prioritize tasks, and handle administrative responsibilities effectively. Analytical skills are needed to assess training impact and identify areas for improvement. -Relationship Building Skills: -Knowledge of Instructional Design -Microsoft Office Knowledge: -Candidates must have strong command on English Language to facilitate communication and learning sessions effectively. -Needs Assessment – Ability to conduct comprehensive training needs analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps, performance improvement areas, and learning requirements for diverse groups. -The specialty to work harmoniously with a variety of stakeholders, ensuring alignment and mutual support. -Project Management – Proficiency in project management methodologies to plan, organize, and execute learning and development initiatives, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder's expectations. -Collaborative Skills: -An understanding of business operations that will be key in delivering training and development initiatives that align with organizational goals. -10-12 years of related experience -Must be available to work from the Gurugram office -Basic Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS): -English Proficiency: -Adaptability and Continuous Learning – Readiness to adapt to evolving learning needs and technologies, and a commitment to staying updated with industry advancements, best practices, and emerging trends in learning and development.
