-Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients and vendors -Greet and check in/out patients with a friendly, professional attitude -Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, coworkers, and vendors -Confirm and schedule appointments across our dental and medical clinics -Perform accurate data entry and update patient records

What You Bring

-High school diploma or equivalent -Fluent in Spanish (required) -Previous experience in healthcare or call center is helpful but not required -Familiarity with electronic health records (a plus!) -Strong communication and customer service skills -Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment -Willingness to learn and grow in a clinical setting
