Tasks

-Prompt, regular attendance; wear company dress code / uniform & maintain professional appearance at all times -Maintain and follow up on traffic in queue -Follow Weidner Move In Experience with all approved applicants -Follow Weidner’s Mission, Vision and Values and comply with all Weidner policies and procedures as well as all Fair Housing, local, state/province, and federal laws -Respond to resident and prospective resident calls and emails promptly in the morning -Review and process all applications immediately upon receipt -Tour prospective residents with energy and enthusiasm the Weidner way -Ensure market ready apartments, common areas and amenities are clean and maintained daily to Weidner’s quality standards -Walk marketing tour path, open target viewing apartments, ensure clean and rent ready apartments, model homes and community amenities -Timely and respectful communication with applicants upon receiving results -Complete tasks in a safe and efficient manner -Answer incoming calls, convert phone calls into walk in traffic, set viewing appointments -Shop competitive properties at least monthly; Adhere to daily marketing and leasing strategies -Ensure successful leasing by facilitating the application process at the end of the tour

What You Bring

-Working knowledge of English; detail oriented, well organized -Driver’s license, vehicle and vehicle insurance must be valid and unexpired at all times and match the country in which associate will work -Must agree to a criminal background check and sign an agreement for voluntary drug testing -Experienced in Microsoft products preferred (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) -Prior customer service experienced required -Work effectively and cooperatively in a team environment and/or independently -Yardi and Paycom experience preferred; Willing and able to learn new software programs -Must have access to personal vehicle and/or reliable transportation, at all times -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong motivation to learn & contribute on a daily basis -Willing and able to be assigned to other Weidner properties as needed -Ability to work outside of normal scheduled hours as needed -Able to give professional directions clearly in person, over the phone, email, and text
