Overview

Manage daily self-storage operations, customer service, and sales.

Tasks

-Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property, including regular inspections and maintenance tasks. This may include sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs, etc. -Provide exceptional service to customers including answering inquiries, assisting with storage needs, processing rental agreements. -Work Independently manage daily property operations. -Conduct property walks often during shifts. -Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with a focus on safety and maximizing units available for rent. -May be required to run errands for the facility and travel/commute to other store locations. -Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts to include collection efforts. -Conduct cash drawer audits and execute bank deposits as per company policies. -Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.

What You Bring

-Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds. -Employees will spend about 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including walking, climbing stairs and opening large doors frequently. -Our employees are required to have a valid driver’s license. -Experience in sales -Ability to work unsupervised. -Basic computer knowledge· -Ability to multitask. -Cash handling experience is preferred.
