Manages indirect sourcing strategy, supplier relationships, and cost savings for categories.

Tasks
-Define negotiation strategy and deal structure during source selection plan and execution. -Review supplier goals, performance, and establish sustainable cost savings plan year over year. -Be able to drive accountability with each site key stakeholders. -Design, tailor RFI/RFP, manage SOWs with internal stakeholder, follow source selection process to select service/product providers/suppliers. -Maintain productive and collaborative relationships with other Watts employees. -Own overall supplier performance, savings, and agreements. -Establish control and compliance to ensure enterprise-wide compliance to utilize elected suppliers, minimize or eliminate agreement leakage, hence leverage savings. -Work with internal stakeholders and finance partners, as well as site champion to establish supplier performance requirements (KPIs). -Being the subject matter expert for the supplier base, market trends, and cost drivers. -Establish category strategies and execution plan for assigned categories including spend analysis and rationalization.

-Ability to remain seated/standing at a desk or workstation for extended periods. -MBA preferred. -Understand sourcing selection process - RFP, SOW, KPI's. Strong supplier management skills. -Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and copiers. -cultural beliefs: Growth Mindset, Customer-Focused Innovation, Constant Communication, Clear Goals, Collaborate Globally, Be Inclusive, and Take Action. -Punctuality and dependability. -Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing work priorities and stressful conditions. -Ability to perform repetitive tasks like typing on a keyboard or using a mouse for extended periods. -Adherence to all personnel policies, procedures, and standards of process as implemented by Watts. -Specific experience establishing an indirect sourcing process in new/expanded areas is required. -7+ years of related Direct and Indirect Sourcing experience. -Adherence to Watts’ seven -Must be skilled in principles and techniques of negotiations, strategy planning and preparation, as well as contract writing. -Great communicator for value proposition. -Require strong collaboration and leadership for assigned categories. -Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, duties and tasks concurrently and develop strong support relationships with functional leaders and key site operations personnel across all business units. -Bachelor's degree in business administration, sourcing, supply chain management, or similar is required. -Ability to read documents and communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, with management, coworkers, and third parties. -7+ years working in Indirect Materials and Services purchasing. -Experience working at a manufacturing company highly preferred. -Ability to physically move around the office and occasionally lift and carry light objects, such as office supplies, documents, or small equipment. -Travel required: 30% -Ability to work with site leadership, finance, and site stakeholders to implement execution plan to achieve category goals and objectives.
