Tasks

-Register license holders for their respective continuing education courses -Executes the renewal process prior to expiration each month -Oversee the entire cycle of licensing, from new market discovery to license completion -Ensures compliance with all federal, state, county and city license requirements -Assist at Kimbel Plumbing school from 4-8 PM on Thursday evenings -Monthly reporting and tracking of expired licenses for both subcontractors and KMS employees -Register employees for their respective testing requirements -Relationship development with government officials, employees and subcontractors -Conduct due diligence for license requirements to enter new markets -Register new employees, transfers and/or trade licenses through the appropriate state agencies. -Maintain the license database and ensure all subcontractor and KMS employee information is current/accurate

What You Bring

-Extreme attention to detail -Organization skills: must be able to prioritize daily tasks -Must have thorough knowledge of Google classroom, and be able to help develop trade school curriculum and activities. -Must be a team player with communication skills to field employees, providing exceptional customer service -Troubleshooting techniques: i.e. cold calling government offices and testing providers -First 6 months of diapers and wipes provided by Kimbel for newborns -Problem solving
