-Perform Technical Calculations: Conduct load calculations, short circuit analysis, and coordination studies to ensure optimal system performance. -Ensure Project Success: Manage projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. -Stay Current: Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance design processes and project outcomes. -Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with project managers, consultants, and other disciplines to ensure all project requirements are met and integrated seamlessly. -Review and Interpret Designs: Analyze electrical designs, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements. -Lead the Electrical Design Process: Design and develop electrical systems for construction projects, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems, with a focus on efficiency and innovation. -Mentor and Guide Team Members: Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning. -Prepare Shop Drawings: Produce detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD Electrical, ensuring they are ready for permits and construction. -Conduct Site Inspections: Visit construction sites to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations.

What You Bring

-Professional Engineer (PE) Designation is required. -Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD electrical for electrical design is essential. -Minimum of 5 Years of Experience in electrical engineering, with a strong focus on construction projects. -Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering -In-depth Knowledge of Electrical Codes, Standards, and Regulations relevant to construction projects. -Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to effectively collaborate and lead within a team. -Ability to Work Independently and take initiative in leading the electrical group. -Strong Problem-Solving Skills with a keen attention to detail.
