Tasks

-Design, execute and maintain verification and validation scripts written in Python -Document test design, specifications, runs, results, and compliance to requirements -Collect and analyze real-world GNSS/INS data -Deploy and monitor tests in a continuous integration system (Jenkins) -Refine functional and performance requirements for validation traceability -Troubleshoot test failures and investigate issues for root cause analysis -Participate in process improvement activities

What You Bring

-ISTQB Certification -Experience with CODING LANGUAGES, such as Python and/or C++ -Knowledge of GPS/GNSS/INS -Enrolled in Computer Science, Geomatics, Computer Software Engineering or any field related to software development at an accredited post-secondary institution -Strong academic credentials -Detail-oriented person able to follow complex instructions with a “first-time right” attitude and focus on quality deliverables -Respectful and confident self-starter with integrity, EQ & social intelligence skills -Strong communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to work in an inclusive and collaborative team environment -Registered in the Computer Science or Engineering Internship/Co-op program and have completed at least your 2 nd or 3 rd year of studies by the start of your work term -Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle Tools; such as GIT, JIRA, Jenkins & Test Case Management Tools -Valid class 5 driver’s license

Benefits

-Available for a minimum 12 month work term at our Calgary office location, 37.5 hours a week
