Tasks

-Actively participate in client relationship management, business development, development of proposals, reports and technical analysis. -Providing technical delivery, with a focus on geotechnical, structural and/or design management skills, which may be applied to dams and tailings project in particular. -Mentoring and developing of junior team members.

What You Bring

-A minimum of 5 years’ experience in dams engineering. -Knowledge of a broad range of elements which may include spillway design, dam design, design of outlets and intake towers, hydropower facilities, dam safety and risk assessments and construction phase experience. -Experience working in multi-disciplined teams, including geologists, structural engineers, hydraulic engineers, hydro-mechanical and electro-mechanical engineers. -Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Civil) or higher qualifications. -Knowledge of design of a broad range of dam types, including embankment and concrete dams. -Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) status or equivalent Chartered Engineer status, or working towards or equivalent chartered status.
